DELIVERY FEES
New Zealand addresses = $9.50 flat fee
New Zealand delivery is generally overnight however we can not guarantee this. Your parcel should be expected to arrive within 2-3 working days and if you are rural an additional 1-2 working days.
Our International Parcels are dispatched through Pack n send of NZ Post- International parcels can be expected within 3-5 working days.
Your tracking information will be sent to you upon fulfillment of your order.
INSURANCE AND DELIVERY
4 Artsake Gallery and Boutique insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours. We do not dispatch over the weekends or on public holidays, any purchases made after 4pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following week subject to any holidays. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
* Please note products advertised on our website are available in store as well. We try our hardest to collect your orders as soon as they come through, however there is always the chance that the product could sell in store before we can collect it. In this case we will endeavor to find another product for you otherwise a full refund will be given and you will be notified immediately
